Next Steps

1. Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of your acceptance of our quotation we will issue a booking confirmation which we will hold open for a period of 7 days awaiting payment of your deposit.

2. Deposit & Payment

These can be made by Cash or Cheque (Providing time for Cheque clearance is available) Alternatively for your convenience we can accept payment by ‘ Paypal’ – A minimal 3% additional charge will be made to cover admin costs.

3. Start Your Journey!

Once you have supplied your journey details and everything has been paid for, we will pick you up as requested!

Booking Terms
Bookings are secured upon minimum payment of 25% deposit of the full charge Full payment must be completed at least 48hours prior to your ‘Scheduled Departure’

Cancellation Terms
A 90% refund is provided on all cancellations where 48 hours (or more) notice of cancellation is provided. A 75% refund is provided when between 24 and 48 hours notice of cancellation is provided. A 50% refund is provided when between 12 and 24 hours notice of cancelation is provided. No refund is provided is provided when less than 1 hours notice is provided.
