Please complete the form & submit to enable us to check on vehicle availability & to be able to give you our most competitive price. Please note there is a cost advantage in booking both your outward & return journey with us. One way journeys are also most welcome.
We will submit our quotation to you via e-mail for your consideration & approval.
Upon receipt of your acceptance of our quotation we will issue a booking confirmation which we will hold open for a period of 7 days awaiting payment of your deposit.
Deposit & final payments – These can be made by Cash or Cheque ( Providing time for Cheque clearance is available ) Alternatively for your convenience we can accept payment by ‘ Paypal’ – A minimal 3% additional charge will be made to cover admin costs.
Bookings are secured upon minimum payment of 25% deposit of the full charge Full payment must be completed at least 48hours prior to your ‘Scheduled Departure’
10% of Full charge is retained providing more than 48 hours notice is given
25% of Full charge is retained if 24 to 48 hours notice is given
50% of Full charge is retained if 12 to 24 hours notice is given
100% of Full charge is retained if less than hours notice is given
